Dedicated Copyright Agent Notification

FlashGamez respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using our service.

1. Notice of Infringement

If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any content on FlashGamez infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification pursuant to the DMCA by providing our Copyright Agent with the following information in writing:

• A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled.
• Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and email address.

2. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your material has been removed by mistake or misidentification, you may provide a counter-notification in writing to our copyright agent. It must include your signature, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the removal was an error.

3. Repeat Infringer Policy

FlashGamez will terminate user access to the service if, under appropriate circumstances, they are determined to be a repeat infringer.
